    • Our custom-tailored onboarding guides for each sector, help acclimatize skilled professionals and help them transition smoothly into their roles. These include practical tips on workplace norms, industry-specific regulations, and effective communication.

  • Team-Building Activities and webinars:

    • Together with our partners we organize events, such as intercultural team-building exercises/cooking sessions where Kenyan professionals can share their culture with their new colleagues.

Our collaboration programmes include partnerships with vocational training institutions to prepare professionals for the German workforce, pre-departure training programmes and culture awareness trainings focusing on each sector’s specific needs.

Healthcare Sector

  • Collaborate with Kenyan nursing institutions and German healthcare institutions to:
    • Aligning Kenyan training institutions with German standards for professions like nursing, caregiving, and public health.
    • Our pre-departure programmes include intensive language, cultural programs/communication and courses specific to healthcare terminology.
    • We offer preparatory training for German state licensure exams, such as the Kenntnisprüfung.
    • We have also established a mentorship program linking Kenyan healthcare workers with experienced German healthcare professionals for guidance on patient care and clinical practices.

IT/Innovation Sector

  • We have developed close partnership with Kenyan technical colleges and German IT companies to:
    • Provide training placements for companies involved in specialized areas like software development, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
    • Introduce global network which can help provide IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Cisco) to enhance candidates’ marketability.

Gastronomy SectorCulinary Diversity and Innovation:

Hirequest has close collaboration with culinary schools and hospitality training centres in Kenya through our talent pool/network we intend to:

    • Work with employers to promote diversity and nurture employee retention by integrating Kenyan dishes into menus, celebrating multicultural cuisines.
    • The warm and embracing Kenyan culture brings a refreshing blend of hospitality and charm, enriching the industry with its unique approach to service and guest experiences.
    • Hospitality Certification Pathways:
        • Our Goal is to assist candidates in achieving certifications recognized by German institutions.
        • Identify and partner with institutions which train chefs, sous-chefs, and hospitality professionals in European cuisine and gastronomy standards.
        • We aim partner with German hospitality institutions to provide apprenticeships or internships, ensuring a smooth transition from training to employment.
  • Role-Specific Preparation: Applicants go through shadowing programmes with various local career institutions in Kenya.

    • Close Collaboration with employers helps us identify skills needed and certification requirements for specific roles in each sector in Germany, enabling Kenyan TVETs to design targeted training programs.

    • Provide skill optimization and help candidates make a balanced career choice.

  • Recruitment Pipelines:

    • We have developed a custom-tailored recruitment process that includes employer-specific selection criteria, pre-departure briefings, background checks and support (documents check) for candidates.
