- Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in production processes.
- Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal production speeds and resource allocation.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to track inventory, manage production schedules, and optimize supply chain management.
- Assist in the planning, design, and layout of production lines and workflows to improve space utilization and efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on production performance, improvement initiatives, and KPIs for management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage production processes.
- German language proficiency (B1–B2) required for effective communication with local teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with manufacturing process simulation and optimization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
